Located in the heart of Switzerland in the canton of Fribourg, lies the small medieval town of Gruyères. As you walk through the cobblestone streets you are surrounded by beauty, whether in the architecture, Swiss Alps, or shops and homes. The 13th century Château de Gruyères is a fortress and castle and is one of the main attractions in this quaint town.
It is also the birthplace of fondue and Gruyere cheese of the same name. There is a small bar/museum dedicated to the movie Alien, where the bar stools, beams, and decor are all Alien-related.
A great way to remember the natural beauty and charm of Switzerland!
Original painted using my own handmade watercolour and pigment ink on cold-pressed watercolour paper.
- Printed using premium acid-free ink on lustre photo paper
- Quality inks designed to last for 100+ years
- Prints are packaged in a clear poly sleeve with hardboard backing and shipped in a bubble mailer to ensure it is protected on its journey to you.
Although I use high-quality paper and inks for the prints, it is recommended to keep them out of direct sunlight and to avoid keeping the print in very high or low temperatures. This will ensure its longevity so you can enjoy it for decades to come.
